The Buckle, Inc., will implement Aptos ONE as its new POS system to bring personalized and efficient interactions to every customer — and employee — in its 440+ stores across 42 states.
Buckle is a specialty apparel retailer that offers a wide selection of on-trend apparel, accessories and footwear. The retailer is especially known for its denim assortment, which includes various fits, styles and finishes from leading denim brands, as well as its exclusive brand, BKE.
Although Buckle has been using Aptos software since 2018, the team decided to move from its Windows-based POS system to Aptos ONE’s mobile-first application in order to further evolve its tech stack and better meet guest expectations.

Hauff explained that Aptos ONE’s “cohesive system” will offer capabilities that support store operations and guest experience within a single flexible platform. “With the Aptos ONE app, Buckle teammates have everything they need to add value to the guest experience,” from guest insights to product details, inventory information and loyalty status.
